Easy Charging

  • 1.Park the car at the charging point and turn off the engine.
  • 2.Insert the Type 2 male plug into the charging point's socket firmly to make the pins can fully locked.
  • 3.Insert the Type 2 female plug into your car’s socket firmly too.
  • 4.Lock your car and the cable if the car supports.
  • 5.After charging is complete, remove the plug from the car firstly and then remove the male plug from the charging unit.

 

Common Charging Problems
  1. Charge settings on car - Make sure you have no timers or other settings turned on.
  2. Car is locked - the car needs to be unlocked and turned off to start the charging process.
  3. Pins not latching - Make sure to use considerable force when plugging in the cable and wiggle until the pins make a full strong connection.
  4. Plugging into another cable - This cable must plug directly into a Type 2 socket
